Winter's owner came out before she had a chance to reply. The human put a halter and lead rope on her, and led her to the riding ring, which was close to the stallion's paddock.

Darkness nickered to her. "Hello again!"

Bloom sighed and watched her new friend go. She looked down at her feet. She would have a new foal in ten more months.

Images of horses lifting themselves gracefully over jumps entered his brain. "I suppose." CHerokee turned towards the course. He jumped perfectly,with lots of grace. He was born to jump!

"Great job! Maybe I am good at it."he said. He tried to jump but he just couldn't get the hang of it. Even the shortest one he didn't get.
