If she feels comfortable enough to set and hatch chicks,leave her alone moving her will stress her,wondering if her new pen is safe.

Makes sense, I'll just start really picking apart the pen to make sure we don't have any holes. Then get the big pen up and bomb proof and move the birds over after they are a couple weeks old.
