Ok so i would like to refresh my memory on incubating. I will be hatching silkies I just want to be sure of temp humidity etc. so here is what I remember 30% humidity and 99.9 for heat correct? You must have clean eggs that aren't to malformed (example no shell

). Lock down on day 18 raise humidity by 20% so we are at 50%. Don't assist until everyone has hatched or it has been 24-48 hours depending on the average time it took for the other chicks. I think thats it!! if anything is left out or incorrect please fix it!! Its only been a year but a simple mistake can kill them!

Thanks!

Forced air incubator (with a fan) the temp is 99.5. Still air temp is 100.5 at the top of the egg.
65% is better the last couple days.
Regular turning, about 3 times a day to keep the yolk in the center and to provide more nutrition to the embryo.
There's an incubation 101 in the learning center tab at the top of the page.
