Refrigerated Eggs

I know that I can leave eggs sit in a cool dry place for up to 10 days before I put them in the incubator and not have any problems with bacteria or mold growth. But I only let mine sit out for eating for up to 24 hours.

Eggs will last quite a while just sitting out on the counter, but I see no reason for that...if I am going to eat them I just put them straightaway into the fridge...if I am going to incubate them then I put them in a carton and hide them in my room...

So if you are just planning on eating them then why not just go ahead and refrigerate the eggs and not worry about it?

What are the guidelines for allowing already refrigerated eggs to sit out on the counter prior to consumption? We are planning on taking a trip and need to conserve some refrigerator space in our trailer. Has anyone done this? Or do you see any issues with it? Thanks in advance.

Should fresh eggs be refrigerated? What are pros & cons?

Pros- they have a longer shelf life in the fridge

Cons - cold eggs don't work as well in some recipes so must be sat out of fridge till brought up to room temperature before using
