i have peafowl eggs which hatch at 28 days like turkeys, if i refrigeratated them at day 25 and kept them in for 4 days would they hatch? i know it should be small side down, also would they need to be turned?

I'm not sure what you are asking. Are you asking: "If I incubate some peafowl eggs through day 25 and then refrigerate them for 4 days will they hatch?" OR "Can I refrigerate my peafowl eggs for 25 days before I put them in my incubator?".

Can you refrigerate eggs before incubating? It is unadvised and may compromise fertility but it is possible to hatch refrigerated eggs.

Can you remove eggs from an incubator, refrigerate them and expect live chicks? No
That would kill any embryos.

The number of days from start to hatch begin once incubation conditions have been met, not from time of lay. Until the fertile eggs reach a certain temp. nothing is happening inside.
