They send them out quarterly. Yea, it's kind of a long wait when you have to wait 3 months to get the coupons. The only down fall.

How often do they email out those coupons? I signed up a couple weeks ago and haven't heard from them yet. Getting to the bottom of the bag and the Purina layer crumbles are the only feed that my picky chickies will eat!

If you just signed up, it may be a while before you get any coupons.
