ReHome my Rhode Island Red Rooster, Salinas CA

I have a four month old Rhode Island Red Rooster. I purchased 4 chicks with the promise that they would all be hens.
"Ethel" has had a lot of Cock a doodle doo in "her"!!!
I can't have a rooster in my neighborhood and I need to get rid of "Ethel" to a good home.
If anyone can help or offer any advice, Please.

I live in the Sacramento area and there's one city around here, Fair Oaks, that has a natural, wild chicken flock! They honestly just roam around the older part of town and no one bothers them. If you can't find a new home I suggest you drive her(him?) up to Fair Oaks and release her into "the wild".
