She is ~1 1/2 years old, lays blue eggs. She picks on our favorite girl (a wimp) but doesn't bother the other 6. She is very smart: found several ways to escape the back yard. Maybe she is just P-Oed. Most likely she is jealous of the wimp girl.

Pin less Peepers? They can work very well in a small flock with a mean hen.

I've got a flock of 4, looking to add a few. But I'm hesitant to take-in just one - I think they would pick on her without her having a companion. Why are you getting rid of one?
