REHOMING A ROOSTER

Palmers feed store is about a 3 hour drive from where you live I wouldn’t recommend you driving that far unless you really want to

Do you have any hens? If you don’t want him because he will crow you can always try a no crow collar. It may stop him from crowing completely but even if he does crow it will be quite

I have two hens. I want eggs not baby chicks.

If you collect eggs every day or so you won’t have chicks. A chick will form at about a week after being sat on or in an incubator. We eat our hens eggs and we have a rooster and there is no chick. The egg will be fertile but it doesn’t change anything. But it’s up to you

ok we’ll i can’t seem to find a place close to you that will take in roosters but you can call your local feed stores and ask them if they do or know anyone that does. Hope he finds a good place to go!

Little bit too far for me to travel. The free Rooster would end up costing me a tank of Gasoline driving from Marion County. Good luck.
