What does it mean when someone has chicks and they don't give a price in their ad, but write there is a "Rehoming" fee? Is this something new?

You cant sell animals on craig's list???? that a new one on me.
There is always animals on our local crag's list for sale.

I believe Craigslist rules say no "pets".

However in the farm&garden section or whatever it is called "farm" animals including poultry are being advertised.

I guess that explains it. i usually just look at the farm and garden section. And i know there is always animals for sale there.
Thanks for the info

Craigslist says you can charge a 'rehoming fee' for pets (cats, dogs, hamsters, etc) and list them in the pet section, but you are not supposed to breed cats and dogs, etc. and then try to make money off these animals on their site. People who ask more than what others consider a reasonable rehoming fee for their pets usually get flagged by craigslist readers.

Craigslist allows the selling of poultry and other livestock in the farm and garden section.

Thanks for the responses. I understand now.
