I have available 2 flocks. I am having knee surgery next week and have been trying other avenues to rehome them with no luck. I am hoping to keep each flock together. My significant other is not able to assist while I am recovering and don't feel it fair for them
. I have included photos of each. they are 2 years old. one flock is a mix of ancona and welsh harlequin who lost 3 females last year. the last 3 photos are of one flock. the first 2 are the other flock. I am unable get a photo as the other in this flock as she is sitting in a nest that sadly I feel won't hatch.. the welah harlequin flock also have a female ancona sitting who I can't photo and not aure hers will hatch either. i will give thwm u til the day becore aurgery whoch is Junw 4th before i have to crawl into thw apacea they have chosen to remove them.
I also have 2 drakes who are not with the rest of the group because a racoon took their females. 20240527_175525.jpg 20240527_175646.jpg 20240527_185057.jpg 20240527_185616.jpg 20240527_185608.jpg 20240527_185601.jpg

So sorry that you have to rehome these beautiful ducks. I am in Florida so cannot take them [although I rescue ducks and do accept ducks to rehome.]

Thinking in a different direction, perhaps you could get a volunteer to help while you are unable to care for the ducks? I high schooler on summer vacation, or a girl or boy scout perhaps even earning points towards a badge.

To rehome, try your local chapter of the Humane Society or your local ASPCA branch might be able to take them in and arrange adoption. If all else fails contact your county animal control, perhaps anonymously by phone to see if they would help rehome.
