I have a pullet that was very weak a week and a half ago. She was very under weight and on deaths door. I bought 4 pullets and afterwards found out that the lady who bred them had been battling cocci. The theory is that this one girl Gabatha was hit the worst and the other girls kept her from the food. A member here helped me learn to tube feed.. It took time but now Gabatha is basically 100%.. We have tried putting her back with the group but my two oldest pullets beat her up. We removed her after a few minutes to prevent any injury.

What is the best way to work her back in?

I'm glad she is doing better. Generally people recommend setting up some barrier where the other hens can see the reintroduced chicken, but not peck at her while they are getting used to her. That my mean putting her in a dog kennel in the coop or rigging up some chicken wire to temporarily divide the coop.

I have a large rabbit cage and put her in it for a couple days. After that the other girls did better with her for the most part but were still chasing her away from food. She still doesn't go it the coop either. I find myself bringing her inside at night and caging her up with food and water and letting her roam with the others during the day. It was pouring rain today and she still wouldn't go it the coop. She was just running around like maniac. I don't know what else to try

Is their a pet carrier you can put her in that would fit in the coop at night with some food and water? It seems like she needs to get used to the coop and associate the coop with something other than getting chased and pecked. If their is a lead bully chicken, then it might be helpful to remove her from the coop for a while, but if they are all ganging up on her it is harder.
