I have a BO chick that is 5+ weeks old and has been on antibiotics for almost 10 days now. It is looking really good again and I am wondering if there is going to be an issue reintroducing this little one to the rest of the crew? The 29th is the last day of the antibiotic... I have the chicks under a heat lamp at night still so I can't sneak it in at dark time... though they are more laid back at that time I can't be around to supervise interactions... Poor little one is real lonesome in its plastic tub all day....

Any ideas or experiences to help me here follks? The rest of the crew are pretty laid back, Welsummers, Std cochins, BO and a couple bantam cochins.

HOw long does it take for the chicks to forget the one that has been taken out? Should I treat this as if introducing a brand new bird or can I get away with just putting it back in with the others? They are only just over 5 weeks old, but the sick one is quite a bit smaller now after being ill .... I would appreciate input if you could! Thanks...
