We have a EE who has been quarantined in separate housing due to bleeding from Feather Picking. We placed Blu-Coat on the area and yet, some of the others were persistent in the picking of her. We have tried to reintroduce her back into the flock 7 days ago only to have her bleeding again within 24 hrs. They have a 50 x 50 run but it was partially covered with snow up until the last couple of days.

Today we plan on letting the 17 other birds free range for a couple of hrs in the yard, would this be the best time to allow her back into the group, hoping they will not notice her as much with how busy they all should be?

Thank you...

That's one way, but continue to watch closely. While they are running around she can get away from bullies.
You can also try putting her on the roosts at night.
Good luck

Thank you, that was the other way we were going to do it. We are always out there with them when they Free range due to a neighborhood German Shepherd.
