Several months ago I bought a few chicks to add to my flock. I lost all but one of these babies and she is about four and one half months old. About a month and a half ago I put her and one other chick in the pen with the other chickens. They killed the smallest one and pecked most of the feathers off of the neck of this one. Luckily I got her out before she was killed. Now she runs loose in the yard and the other day she somehow got herself in the pen with the other chickens and I found her hiding in the coop with several bleeding spots on her neck. How can I integrate her in with the other chickens? Winter is just around the corner.
