Hello!
I’m just getting around to introducing myself! I’m so elated that I found my tribe!
I have 7 chickens: 2 buff Orpington, 1 black Australorp, 1 light Brahma, 1 Red comet rooster, 1 black copper Maran rooster, 1 Easter Egger, 1 Rhode Island Red mix, and 1 Easter-Egger mix.
I am in the process of building an addition to my hen house. and enjoying every minute...even in Louisiana’s heat!
I also have a Sulcata tortoise, and a wonderful Maine Coon.
I look forward to learning as much as I can about chickens and their needs, and hopefully at the same time, make new friends!
