Relocated hens and laying

How long does it usually take for a relocated hen to acclimate to her new home and start laying again?

Last Saturday we brought home some new Buff Orps. I bought them from the Amish in the area and didn't know they were already laying. I had an egg Monday morning. But, I have heard that it takes 2 wks to 2 months depending on the hen.

Mine took around the same time as "onebuggirl's" about 2 weeks. Some took a little longer.
