relocating and egg laying

How long should I expect to wait for egg laying chickens to start laying again after being moved to a new coup?

We have had to wait anywhere from 2 days to 2 months. It depends on where the hen was in her laying cycle and the stress caused by the move. With the shorter and cooler days of winter, it may even take longer, but I would expect to at least see some eggs starting in February if not sooner.
