Remember the anti-green egg guy?

My DH thinks the green eggs are the neatest thing ever, and he's constantly pulling a carton of eggs out of the fridge to show the different colors to visitors. He even knows which hen lays which shade of green.

This from the man who didn't want chickens...

My little neighbor used to come over and help clean stalls and collect eggs. She loved feeding the chickens and was especially excited when collecting eggs. I gave her a dozen Green and Blues to take home to her family once and she showed up at my door later that afternoon, so sad. "My Daddy said to bring these back and that it was not nice of you to give me rotten eggs".. i was dumbstruck

I brought her an and proceeded to cook a few. I showed her that they were all fresh.. no little babies or yuck yuck inside
She happily sat down and had "green" eggs and ham and biscuits and said they were the best she'd ever eaten.. That was 10 years ago, She has since joined the Local poultry club . Gotten a bunch of her own, shown, eaten the eggs and now has gone off to college..
If you can affect the life of one child positively, You've done a wonderful thing for the world....

The kids prefer their eggs to be green. The oldest who is 4 said that he don't like brown eggs, only the green ones.

Blue/green eggs are the entire reason I got into chickens!! Had to have some of those gorgeous eggs for myself

People are so funny! We live with my mom, and she won't eat chicken now because it looks like our chicks. How does a chicken breast look like a chick?

My ee's have proven to be my best winter layers. If we didn't eat green eggs we wouldn't have many eggs to eat.
