Remind me to never ever buy fish again.

About 40 minutes above Harrisburg. This cage is huge the guy who gave us the chinchillas gave us the cage as well and I'm tired of looking at it! I'm gonna be listing a bunch of my other stuff mostly reptile stuff on here for sale as soon as I get some pics of it.

How long have you had the tank set up for? Has it been 30 days? If not its what they call new tank syndrome which means the beneficial bacteria has not established itself in the tank and filter! If it has not been 30 days you'll notice the tank starting to get cloudy around week 2 or 3 and after wk 4 it'll clear up and then its safe to put fish in!

Oops I forgot to cycle my tank. My Oscar is like the toughest fish ever though, he could survive a nuclear war.

Stess coat....
I can't believe the cory cat's dyin.. We had an albino cory cat totally go through a tank of ick, and it didn't phase it at all.
trippy man...hehe

I was going to ask about quarantine also. Especially if you purchased the new fish from a pet store and not a fish only store. Pet store tanks are usually linked to each other so they have a high amount of disease/death and when people bring those fish home they then bring in those problems to their stable tank.

We used to raise Chinchillas and loved them. If they are handled properly they can be very friendly and enjoy sitting on you and being petted. They are certainly more fun to pet then fish!

Unfortunately I have no quarantine tank. I added stress zyme into the water. The cories are doing better. Only 1 left that looks sick is the female guppie.
