yeah!!!

We are going to do something with the older, larger coop (when the weather gets nicer). My DH has the chicken bug now, and has decided we need more space for more chickens. We are going to get different breeds though.

We need to figure out if we can salvage the larger coop, or tear it down and start over. Right now we use the 8X16 coop, which was the one in better condition when we bought our new place last August.

Here is the only pic I have right now.

The first 1 on the left is the 1 we are using. It is 8X16. The second 1 is 12X16. We would have to replace walls, floor, and wiring. We would also have to figure out how to add ventilation. The previous owners had an exhaust fan next to the door and nothing else.

The other idea is to tear it down, make it slightly larger, different style roof, cement floor, clean-out hatch and better ventilation.
