Removable Roosts and Poop Boards

I know this topic has been addressed and I've done my research which has given me great ideas how I'd like this to work, but I need pictures for DH and his buddies. Coop is 4X8. I'd like two rows of roosts with poop board underneath. I'd like all to be removable for ease of cleaning. I'll be looking for boot trays or even cat litter boxes filled with sand on the poop board. DH wants to know how to attach the roosts and poop board to make them removable. I know I've seen some terrific pics before, but can't locate them now. Roosts and poop board will be on wall opposite of nest boxes, so will run in 4' lengths.
We're not experienced builders and really appreciate all the input we can get. We LOVE BYCers - you guys are the best.

so what we did.. was place the roost bar... where it can just lift off... and built a shelf below, covered that with linoleum, and then placed boot trays over that..

You will never guess what they do, they sit right onto of the ladder that leads up to it..lol

I think it's cause their all so young and learning

And yes, the roost going the other way was to give them more space..I think it will work in time..

Our poop tray is a poop tarp, affixed below the roost with grommets and eye hooks. We use a hand shovel to sweep up the droppings from the tarp into a small bucket. Our poop tarp is only used in the winter time to give the chicks more clean space in the coop. Once it gets warmer (not yet in Maine), we will remove the poop tarp and put in a poop tray that sits on the coop floor. This makes it easier to clean while the girls are in the run. We can remove the poop tray through the sweep door near the floor. Hope this helps...

We have a similar size coop and we use a metal oil drip pan with granular PDZ sprinkled on top. We scrape it daily into our compost area. We ha e 7 hens and 2 roosts. Easy peasy to finish this daily chore.
