Remove still damp chick?

We have 11 chicks in an incubator 2 are still slightly damp, on hatched about about 7 hours ago. There are a couple others that have been hatched for 72 hours now. I feel like those need food and water. Can I take them all out, even the damp ones? Or at least quickly open, and remove the hungry ones??

I'd just quickly move the dry ones to the brooder and let the damp ones stay in the incubator until they're dry. Congrats!
