Hello,
This is my first year using an egg turner to incubate and I am getting at day 18 now.

Do I just turn off the turner or fully remove? I feel like they are going to get stuck if I leave it in. But if I take it out, then do I just lay them on their sides (they've been upright in this turner) or should I stand them upright in an egg carton?

Yes remove the turner.

Lay the eggs on their sides to get into hatching position easier, & hatch in a natural position?

First of all what does your incubator look like?
