My hens just started laying, some are laying on the straw bale, some in the nesting box. Today I saw my kitty stalking something, she's moving up on her prey until I saw it was a chicken underneath the bushes, and she saw that too. (She hasn't attacked, and probably won't. The hens will beat her up, she's smaller than them anyway. )
After the hen left, I looked underneath the bushes and saw a clutch of 3 eggs. When I move them inside, will she still lay there? How do I handle this? Also, no rooster.

Well, since you're allowing your flock to free-range, you will most likely have to go to her "spot" and pick up her eggs daily. You could try putting a golf ball in your nesting boxes and see if that entices her...dunno.

Lock them all in the coop for 2-3 days, with fake eggs or golf balls in the nests.
Them maybe for a few more days just leave them in the coop until after they lay, mine are usually done by about 2pm.
Free range birds have to be 're-homed' to the coop nests every once in a while.
