Hello! I had two of three eggs hatch yesterday! They are perfect. My question is if it would be better to remove them - the third egg hasn’t pipped yet - or if the last egg will need their encouragement/peeping to hatch! I know you’re not supposed to open it if hatching is in progress, but I’m not sure if it’s okay to snatch the babies before the rest have pipped.

This is Kale. :) She was supposed to be Wheaten and is actually blue, I think, but I love her anyway.

Most people, myself included, take the chicks out of the incubator when they dry off and fluff up.
They will be happier in the brooder.
Take the chicks out, top off your waters, shut the incubator again. Everything will be ok.

Turns out I misunderstood the egg markings - little Kale is white! These are from a few days ago. She doesn’t like to cooperate for pictures
