[/IMG]I don't know how to post so here goes. I bought a piece of property with outbuildings.. I painted the inside of the chicken coop after I cleaned it out it was gross.. pics so far still have more to do.. where the boxes I'm putting the nests corned on both sides of door that way the have lots of room to roost. . That looks good so far!!! A couple things to make sure with dirt-floored chicken coops that sit directly on the ground is that the coop is situated in a spot with good drainage, and that the roof drains well away from the sides of the coop. Otherwise, you could end up with a soggy, smelly mess after a big rain (I speak from baaaaad experiences!)

the coop was here when I bought it.. IIt has s slanted metal roof.. I'm thinking about putting wood or concrete block floor..but then no scratch room.. converting a rabbit cage cut in half into nests for the corners on legs
