Renting incubator space questions

So I built a cabnet incubator that has been running great but I never use all the space. I've let friends bring me their eggs that they want to hatch and have hatched them for them at no charge just because it's running anyway and i like babies. I then saw an add for someone renting incubator space and now I'm thinking of doing that next year. But I have questions.
1-How does that work and how would I charge for that?
2-Should I make them sign something in case their eggs are duds so they can't come after me. I have a 90% hatch rate with my own eggs in the incubator.
3-If they want me to keep the chicks till they're off heat how would I charge for that?
Anything else I should need to take into consideration?

I started doing this early this spring. So I'll tell you what I do.

If they provide their own eggs its $4.00 a egg to chick
If they buy the eggs from me it's $3.00 a egg to chick

that is if they pick them up 2 days after hatching (for health reasons don't want to send ill/poor chicks home.)

If I keep them for a week I add 2 bucks for feed and any meds they need.

If I keep them until they are off heat it's $10 a bird.

and some people have had me raise them to full size before picking them up that's $20 a bird

I don't have a contract yet but may add one if I have any issues. I just tell them that there is a chance the eggs may die at any point throughout incubation.

I always have them send 10 extra eggs just in case.

But I think a contract would be a good idea just in case.
