Hi all,

Posted this in another section and was advised to post it here.

Someone at my DHs work has a Dominecker Roo. He cannot find the food like the rest of the chickens can, only when he puts it down in front of him will he eat. He's worried that it might be blind. The eyes are open. I also think it's blind, but wanted to get some input. Any help is appreciated.

Thanx

Has the Roo always had this problem or is it a recent development?

I ask the question as I had a two year old that developed similar symptoms - she had apparently eaten something toxic which caused the problems -she also lost her balance. she did recover after some time with intensive care and therapy. If this is a recent development try feeding him molasses to flush his system out.
