You have a lot of information on your other thread.

I agree with @DobieLover that you should go ahead and treat the chick for Coccidiosis her instructions in post#4 are very good.

I would separate out this chick so she has individualized care and has access to food/water without being bullied. Treat her with the Corid and see to it that she is eating her chick starter well. Offer her a little egg as a treat.

As for the foot, it's hard to know what's going on with that, it could be infection if she was not injured somehow - can you think of a way that the feet and leg would have been mashed in something like a door? If you have vet care that is best. Since she is in such rough shape, I would be very careful how you go about treating her. The leg and foot may benefit from soaking in epsom salts, but I would be hesitant to not get her too wet or chilled. If you do soak the leg, then dry her well, use a hair dryer if you need too.
Place her in clean cage on puppy pads so you can keep watch on the poop and it makes for easy clean up too.

Let us know how she's doing.

It has been a couple hours since I gave her the dropper of corid and gave her some of the drenched in her little water cup. I put a thicker towel on the bottom of her cage. She is outside on the roofed in porch with outdoor temperatures with a high of 90. She has been laying down and only getting up to eat. I give her her normal chick feed with options of banana, cooked quail egg, or rice porridge. Her foot looks a little less swollen. I hope she just sprained it rather than it being a serious injury. I want her to get better soon~~ Ever since she was a day old little one she would always follow me around and jump in my hands or lap, and when she learned to fly she would fly up and snuggle with me.
She eats good when she has food she likes, but it seems like she is putting me through the wringer.

I gave her the dropper of corid

How much is in a "dropper"? Was it straight Corid out of the bottle, labeled 9.6%?
Please reread the instructions I gave you. She needs 0.2 mls of undiluted, 9.6% Corid ONCE daily for 3-5 days. She ALSO needs to have the DILUTED Corid as her ONLY source of water.

You can use the DILUTED Corid water to make a mash out of her chick food to help get water into her as it is hot where you are. But I agree, she needs to eat. If she shows a preference for one of your options, try blending that in with her Corid water chick mash.

I followed your instructions. By dropper I mean a small animal medicine dropper that measures all tenth decimals between zero and 1 mL. I say dropper since it implied that I did as instructed. The diluted corid water is her only water source as well I don't have multiple water sources since it would take up too much space and cause the cage it get wet faster. I don't see the need to give her mash since I can tell she is eating, but i do give her options for softer food that she likes just to keep her interested in eating her food. I dont mean that in a sense of having her constantly eat, that is unhealthy, what I mean is that I want to intice her to eat her fill instead of ignoring her food and getting sicker.

That's great.
How is she doing today? Both the foot and her fluffed up feathers/closed eyes?

Just a little bit but not much :/
She looks a little perkier today. If she is better tomorrow, then I would try soaking the foot in a warm epsom salts bath to see if that will help reduce the swelling. The initial worry was that she was in such rough shape, that getting her a little wet would be shocking. I would still take care not to get her too wet and make sure she is thoroughly dry before putting her back in the brooder.

Do you have any photos of what her poop looks like today?
