How does this work. I am wondering how you would plug wires into it. I am looking to get one. All help is helpful.

I have read of people using it. I am willing to get one. i am just looking how to set it up.

You are much better off to buy an incubator thermostat. The reptile thermostats are not accurate enough for incubators.

so like a wafer thermostate

A wafer will work and is the most economical.
