We're in the middle of assembling our brooder, and we saw a reptile heat lamp stand at Amazon. You can hang the brooder light by the hook, and the neck of the lamp stand raises and lowers. The base is flat metal and is apparently designed to slide under the aquarium. It would slide under our brooder, from what we can picture. We've seen similar poultry lamp stands that stand inside the brooder, so we like that this one can be on the outside. Has anyone ever used a reptile lamp stand with their chicks? Can you share your experiences with us? Thanks!
