Silly me - I forgot the main part "Are these good for using with chicken eggs in the 'bator?"

It must be getting close to nap time!

Dont have those, but I have a Flukers digital thermo/hygro, a brand usually made for a terrarium type environment. It's nuts! Started out okay, now reads 1-2 degrees too high. Ruined my last hatch almost. Decided I needed an instrument with a true accuracy rating, designed for the job. This hatch came out better (still going on) with the new Spot-Check incubator thermometer (also called Egg-Temp by GQF).
You can use any instrument that has a tight accuracy rating for incubating eggs, but when you put them inside the moist bator for 3 weeks, it can mess them up.
