Reptipro 5000 Hatch-A-Long (=

Hello,

yes i have 3 of them one i bought with the repti pro and two other ones i had,the ones with sensor at the end of the wire and all of them are close with in about .6*. But this morning it had a hi Lo range of Hi of 102* and Lo of 68*. The temp is all over the place it just go's up then down randomly. I set 12 Lavender Orpington eggs this last Sunday , And i just received my 2ND Dz of Lavender Orpington eggs this afternoon. This is the only incubator i have looks like just killed them all.and wasted a nice chunk of money
I have called chis 3 times today but still no response. Any suggestions anyone ??????

Out of curiosity, I checked both of mine and found them to both show about the same as your's. I have never paid attention to the readings on those through all the years I've been incubating. Any and every time I look through the door at them in the Reptipro, they read good numbers. I've got my 3rd batch of eggs in there right now. Have you candled your current eggs to see if they are growing?

I have it set at 102 witch give me about 100.2 in the middle and about 99.2-99.6 at the bottom

Just ordered 10 R.I. Red chicks from the grain store. Amazing that a 6 year old with a cardboard box and a light bulb can hatch eggs

If anyone has some magical formula or method I might try again, although I have read most of the hatching posts and have more people's opinions than I know what to do with. I even tried to average out all the ideas and methods to come up with a middle of the road method
