"Request was denied for security" Pop up message

Thank you. I was mainly curious as to the cause, and if anyone else is seeing it, too. So far, it hasn't shown up while I am using a browser.

I haven't had the problem myself in a while and I only use a browser, I think it may be when there are other issues with BYC or the net in general, because I know when it was happening a lot for me I also had issues with Facebook or another web site and heard that hackers were trying to disrupt another site(s) or the 'net so I chalked it up to either that or my computer acting odd...
