so in a neighborhood nearby that I visit frequently my family has been seeing a flock of guineafowl, now I was sure somebody in the area owned them but then I realized the flock number decreasing causing a slight concern in my book. Now there's only one male who seems pretty lost so yesterday I spent a few hours gaining his trust but still can't figure out how I'm going to get him, I talked to some of the people who live in the neighborhood and apparently, they just showed up nobody knows where they came from or how they got there so everyone has come to the conclusion these birds where abandoned since I have a flock here on my farm I figure I will try and see what I can do to catch him and give him a new life. since he does look pretty young most likely only a few years old he really doesn't deserve to be living alone like this.

prayers are welcome!

Good luck on catching it and good for you for wanting to give it a good home.

the little guy is still out on the streets but leaning to trust me more and more the other day i went over there and started calling him he came running to me which i am very shocked how freindly he is being a guinea hen and all just worried about losing him the neighbors have reported seeing a bear around and we all know about the foxes and coyotes
