where did you find it? What town? Was it in the country or city area? Was it by a busy road?

Thank you!He ver said it was an eye infection, prescribed chamomile drops and terramicin. I’ve been cleaning the eyes and applying the ointment 2-3 times a day

May I see a pic of the chamomile drops please.
Are you putting these into the eye?
I am curious...I've not heard of these kind of drops before.

It’s in Monterrey, Mexico, quite an urban area. It was on the curb by my house, dirty and very miserable looking. It’s eyes were swollen shut, crusted over and very dirty.
The street is kinda busy, lots of foot traffic

Maybe a passing truck accidentally dropped it? Or maybe the person is just bad. Maybe put some FOUND papers up around the neighborhood. Maybe someone lost it. Sorry I can’t help you with the eye infection part
