Rescued a pheasant chick from my cat

Rescued a pheasant chick from the clutches of my cat, however we have no idea how old it might be or what to really give it?

Anybody help?

I hear that if a bird has injuries from a cat, the bird will not make it due to infection from the bite.

This is true, we did our best but unfortunately she did not make it.
