Those are illegal to keep. You need to seek out a wildlife rehabber who can take these birds and so a soft release in an aviary with other birds so they learn to fear people and be wild. They wont do well just set loose but you're in for an enormous fine or jail time if the department of natural resources learns of your pets.

I already contacted someone who worked with a wildlife rehabilitation center. My housing is temporary unless I get a permit. Please do not make it sound like I have done something horrible.
