Rescued Chicken- what breed?

I rescued this chicken after it fell from a truck. What breed is this? I'm fairly certain it's a cockerel.

I would agree that he's a pretty cockerel. You can just make out male saddle and hackle feathers starting to come in. He almost looks like an euskal oiloa/marraduna basque cockerel but those are pretty uncommon so I doubt it's that. Hopefully someone will be able to identify him!

I should add he is very calm and loves my girls. They love on him and carry him around. He just goes with it like that's how it's supposed to be. I hate that we have to rehome him. Roosters aren't allowed in Nashville.
