Rescued sparrow is a Grosbeak, not sparrow

Does anybody know anything about feeding a baby Black-Headed Grosbeak? I've had him or her for about three weeks now and when I found him in the cat's mouth, he had probably fallen out of his nest and also hadn't grown any tail feathers yet. Now, he is still getting, and asking, for his wet food through a syringe, but he also eats off of his spray of millet and out of his little bowl of wild bird seed. I've got lots of flies near my goat pen that I could grab and run through the blender if I need to. I don't ever see Monarch butterflies around here though.
