Ha! I ran into our Village President today at the gas station and he told me HE'S GETTING CHICKENS!! After I appoached him about changing our Village Ordinance to allow chickens he started researching the issue, talked to some local chicken owners, and visited BYC... He told me, and the Village council that the Michigan Right to Farm Act trumps the local ordinance. He's now planning to convert his old dog run into a chicken set-up!! I LOVE IT!!!
