I tend to avoid resolutions now, but I do have priorities I like to set on a yearly basis and New Year's day is a convenient time to create them. This year I have several, but the one I set as most important is to work on my presence as a partner, family member, friend, to those that mean something to me.

I don't really do New Year's resolutions either, but I would like to get back to intermittent fasting. When my dad had a stroke about a month ago I stopped and haven't got back to it yet. No time like the present!

I am working on creating new habits. I am just not sure what exact habits I will create yet. I got a head start on my plank habit.
I really don't like planks but I will do one, or more, every single day this year.
