Resort Run Addition to Farmhouse Coop

I'm wondering if anyone has bought a coop and Resort Run (separately) and know what modifications are needed to attach it to the run for the coop.

We bought a Farmhouse Coop from Urban Northern Coops

We also purchased a "Resort Run" for additional run space. https://www.urbannorthern.com/products/resort-run-only

"Resort Runs can be added to any coop with minor modifications if other than the resort house to give additional run space. "

I have no personal experience with them.
(Given that no-one else responded, I'm guessing no-one else does either.)

My guess would be:
put the new run against the old run
fasten them together somehow (screws, boards, zip ties, something of the sort)
cut a hole in the wire mesh of the old run, to allow chickens to go into the new run.
