Where can I find information to present to my city council about the benefits of backyard chickens in the city?

If nothing else, maybe folks can share their thoughts and links, and I'll organize it for others to use. I'm thinking one concise, clear page on each of the following topics below:

I need lists and documentation for the following concerns:

Environmental benefits?
Health Benefits?
Economic Benefits?
How problems with BYC might most efficiently/easily be handled?
Other benefits?

Any other topics I should address?
