Antibiotics would not help the ILT virus, if that is what you are dealing with, but it would help if any secondary infections from a bacteria were to complicate things. Some of those secondary infections could be MG, infectious bronchitis, or E.coli. If you have only seen blood once, then it still could be something else. I would call your state lab and just have a conversation about how to get testing. Also check with your local vet to see if they could collect a sample to get some testing.
Having a single respiratory infection in your flock can be controlled, just by closing your flock. Some people will cull their sick birds as well. If you ever decide to cull one, getting a necropsy by the state vet is probably the best way to find out what disease(s) you are seeing.
