thanks went and cleaned out her one nostril it looked like it was caked with mud also tried to give her the multivitamin she was having none of it tried to open her beak a little and all I can say is how the heck do you people open their beaks? I'm worried I'll hurt mine!

I am right handed. I grab them under my left arm , and open the beak with my left thumb and forefinger, and give any medicine with my right hand. Another holder may help as well.

tried that with my hunny holding her and my trying to pry her beak open managed to open it a little and give her the vitamins after that tho is was like someone gorilla glued her beak shut!
