Hello!
I have a very small, adult bantam Cochin hen who has been dealing with resp issues. She sneezes, scratches her face, and is a little wheezy. I’ve been giving her VetRX for her symptoms thus far hoping they would improve naturally. She has been inside and separate from the flock for over a week now due to other issues, so I thought the dust in the house or new surroundings was the issue. On top of all this, she is broody and is trying her best to hatch her first babies
I know that broodiness and illness are often blurred, but I bought Tiagard (generic for Denegard) for her resp issues.
However, there is tons of wildly different dosage recommendations and most of them aren’t for a chicken of her tiny size.
Another point of dispute is whether to administer orally or diluted.
Any help would be so appreciated because she is literally my baby.
