the other day, I caught one of my older hens pecking at one of my little girls and the next morning her eye was swollen shut and had puss. So I went to Tractor Supply and got Tylan and have been giving that to her for 2 days and it started getting better - BUT this morning I went out to the coup and this is what I found.

Now I'm being told by some of my neighbors that have chickens that it's a respiratory infection or even Chicken pox and that all of my other chickens will now be infected because I didn't remove her and that they will all most likely die. I honestly thought the injury was from pecking from the other hens so that is why I didn't remove her. I understand that there is a pecking order in the hen house and I didn't want to interfere - but now.....AUGH!!! Any help would be appreciated. I will continue to keep giving her the Tylan injections but what do I now do with the other chickens? Can I put the Tylan in their water as a preventative measure?

On her comb it kinda looks like fowl pox but I've never seen anything like that on a chickens eye. Sorry I could not be of more help with the eye. Hope she gets better

I don’t see any fowl pox. The eye needs to be cleaned with saline, and get any pus out or crust off. Do this twice a day and apply a small dot of Terramycin Eye Ointment, which you can buy at most feed stores. It could be a respiratory MG infection, but also could be from a pecking injury. I would continue the Tylan50. You can give 1.5 ml orally twice a day if she is around 5 pounds. Here is some reading about MG:

Looking at the picture again, it is possible to have 2 small beige fowl pox lesions on the comb, but it might not be. I don’t think the dark tip is pox, but a peck mark.

Bubbles in the eye can be a sign of Mycoplasma Gallisepticum (MG,) a respiratory disease. The strain of MG can be mild to severe. My question is; are you seeing other symptoms of MG? Gurgling, wheezing, nasal discharge, sneezing, facial swelling, head shaking?
If not, I doubt it's MG because your other birds would be showing symptoms as well as the bird in the photo. Tylan will treat MG and since you're injecting, you should see improvement by day 3.

If it's fowl pox, it's possible there was a scab on the edge of her eye and another bird pecked at it and got infected. If this is the case, liberally flush the eye with saline solution and apply terramycin eye ointment if available, or neosporin for several days and observe for improvement. If puss continues, give her amoxicillin to clear up the infection. Keep in mind that fowl pox is a virus and antibiotics wont treat it, only secondary infections such as the infected eye. Fowl pox is contagious and will go slowly through your flock. You'll eventually see fowl pox warts and nodules on your other your birds. They will be immune to the infecting strain after it passes through your flock. Eggs are safe to eat.
Here's where you can get amoxicillin:
