Please help.... 9 week chick with standing/balance issue.

Have you tried treating for coccidiosis? You need Corid (amprolium.) It should be in any and all water she gets - with no other vitamin supplements (including medicated feed.) Lay an undiluted drop or two alongside her beak with an eyedropper or spoon tip. She should swallow reflexively. If she has coccidiosis, you should notice a difference within 24 hours. If she doesn't, it's a benign treatment and won't hurt her or your other chicks.
I'm not sure that the signs really show this. She was fine one day and then kinda leaning to one side. No ruffled feathers, no bloody poop, no pale comb. Her issue is basically she's now unable to stand, and will fall over.

Btw, you can give her Nutridrench straight from the dropper. I would not force it in her beak because she might aspirate, but I've found if you drop some on the beak between to the top and bottom they will tend to let some in their mouth and drink it. That might give her a boost of nutrients.

You can also cut a B-complex vitamin into quarters and give her one quarter. Just open the beak and drop it in towards the back of her mouth. I was surprised how easy it is to give a chicken a pill.

Sadly, my chick seems to no longer be eating (even scrambled egg) or drinking. I'm trying to figure out what to do now. I don't want to have her endure something if she can't recover, but I also don't want to give up on her.
Try some sugar-water. If you lay it alongside her beak using an eye-dropper or the tip of a spoon, she should swallow it reflexively.

Poor thing!

I'd give him 400IU Vitamin E and 1/4tablet B-complex daily along with a little egg for the uptake of E.

It seems like he's failing to thrive. What's his poop like (photos)?

Work on hydration, see that his crop is emptying and that he's eating well.

Medicated chick starter has a minute amount of Amprol/Amprolium in it. Unlikely the feed has anything to do with this unless is old/rancid or moldy.

Poop is now runny, crop is emptying. Not eating well. I have tried scrambled egg (no longer interested it that) and I tried egg yolk yesterday (not really interested). I have been giving vitamin b, selenium and poultry cell (1 ml) twice a day. I did see her eating this morning, so I'm hoping she's turning a corner. I thought not standing was a vitamin b deficiency? I have no vitamin e...I'll get that today.

Vitamin E deficiency can cause similar issues, so it certainly does not hurt to supplement but be careful to not overdo it.

Purina Medicated crumbles is supplemented with vitamin E. The non-medicated has the same nutritional profile minus the Amprolium.

How much Selenium are you giving? It could be making things worse.

Stop the Selenium!

Give the chick B-Complex and Vitamin E along with some Egg to help with the uptake of E.

Not standing can be due to a number of things. Make sure the B-Complex you are giving isn't just B12 and that is has B1, B2, B3, etc in it.

Hopefully he will improve soon.
